I’m Nanda Botadkar. My coaching journey didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began in my living room, watching the man I love silently burn out under the weight of his own success.
My husband, a brilliant entrepreneur, was thriving on paper. But behind the scenes, I saw how the pressure, expectations, and constant hustle were eroding his spirit. That moment broke something open in me—and also lit the path forward.
Today, I’m a PCC-certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a TEDx speaker, and the creator of the FAB Life Framework. With over 17 years as a Counselling Psychologist and 8+ years as a Leadership & Business Coach, I blend deep emotional intelligence with practical tools to help leaders build businesses and lives they’re proud of.
I’m also a Master NLP Practitioner and proud recipient of the Top 50 Global Inspirational Women Award at the Khatoonpreneur Expo, Dubai 2024.
